Nobody really taught you how to communicate under pressure. It doesn’t matter whether you’re in Australia, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, the US or somewhere in between – if you can’t explain clearly, calmly and kindly, patients hesitate and examiners hold back. You’ve already spent enough money on this journey – tuition fees, coaching, exam applications, travel, courses. Money doesn’t grow on trees. So I wanted to remove one barrier completely. The communication resources here are free.
